Happy Halloween!
This weekend is Ewan' s first Halloween. Jen has been working on and off for about 6 months now on a costume for Ewan, and finally finished knitting and got it assembled thursday night, ready for the Caltech Postdoc Halloween party.Jen knitted outfit fo
r Ewan was a little teddy bear, and I know we're biased but he does look rather cute! Mom and Dad went dressed in Steve Irwin style khakis, pretending to be his zookeepers. The judges at the party last night thought we was pretty cute too because Ewan won best male costume, beating all the grown-ups who had dressed up too.

This morning we dressed him up as a bear again for the Halloween party after Jen's stroller strides class. There were many very cute outfits on display from all the kids and we had a nice morning playing with the other children.

These are fantastic pictures and we can't get over the one of Ewan examining a hair on his Daddy's head. He is almost saying "I thought you didn't have any of this stuff on top!" What a darling he is. He must have stolen the show as you said.
