Grandma K hits town in style

Grandma Kristi is back in town! And she arrived in style (tongue now lodged firmly in cheek)! Tom and herself roared into our street in a brand new bright red hulking Ford Mustang!

Quite a departure from her regular compact rental car. It was not a deliberate selection but a free upgrade because they were out of compacts, but VERY amusing. To be honest it's always a source of amusement as to what rental car she is saddled with whenever she visits. The time before last she ended up with a Crown Victoria; a veritable barge of a car that has the turning circle of a oil tanker at 20 knots.

We have to hand it to Budget rent a car, they really know how to pair her with an inappropriate vehicle. But for now we'll just tell Ewan that he has a cool Grandma with a big red sports car!
